| Bio: | First, I would like to start by saying I am not here to encourage people to start unhealthy eating habits. I am here to help those who suffer from anorexia from doing further bodily damage by means of total starvation. Anorexia is a serious problem, and having a deep interest in psychology, I am intending to ease both mental and physical suffering.
I have extensive cooking experience and I wish to provide delicious, extremely low calorie, high in nutrient recipes supporting natural and baby organic approaches that meet the needs of a pro ana diet. I recommend those who pursue such a lifestyle be sure to take all necessary vitamins and supplements, refrain from abuse of laxatives or dietary pills, and avoid unnecessary exercise. (Most Recipes In Journal Are Under 200 Calories)
With these dietary tips, you could eat a dozen meals a day and keep your intake below your output.
